Quick Answers
For most cake and cupcake orders, I ask for a minimum of 3–5 days’ notice. For wedding cakes and large event orders, please enquire at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. The more notice, the better!
Absolutely. For custom orders, I’ll share a brief design outline or mood board based on your brief before I begin baking. For weddings, we’ll have a full consultation and I can show you reference photos and sketches.
Online orders can be paid securely through the website via Stripe or PayPal. For custom orders placed by enquiry, I’ll send you a secure payment link once the order is confirmed. A 50% deposit is required for wedding cakes.
Yes — I bake from a certified home kitchen that meets all local food safety regulations. I hold a valid food handler’s certificate and my kitchen is inspected. You can bake with confidence knowing every creation is made to the highest standards.
Yes! I offer gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free options for many of my products. Please mention your requirements when ordering and I’ll do everything I can to accommodate. Some options may vary in price.
Both! Free pickup is available from my home kitchen in the City Centre area. Local delivery is available within approximately 15km — a small delivery fee may apply for orders over 10km from my location.
Please contact me as soon as possible. Changes can usually be accommodated up to 72 hours before your collection date. Cancellations within 48 hours of collection may forfeit the deposit, as ingredients will already have been purchased.
I love a creative challenge! If you have a specific flavour in mind that you don’t see on the menu, just ask. I’m always happy to discuss custom flavour combinations and will let you know if it’s something I’m able to create for you.
